Delhi-NCR firms lead the property web portal market: However, the gap between the leader Magicbricks and 99acres is getting bigger.

• Magicbricks posted FY 19’s 1st quarter results. It earned INR 48.75 crore as revenues, 50% more than the last quarter. It’s leads the market.

• 99acres is the second in the market, with comparable revenues. It’s Q3 revenue of FY 18 was INR 34, while Magicbrick’s was INR 41.

• Magicbricks hosted over 1.1 million active properties as on June 30 with over 45,000 properties being added daily.

• 99acres trails Magicbricks by 30 percent in properties for sale and 70 percent in properties for rent.
