Innov8 has opened an unique co-working space in Saket Delhi. It has converted an old fort style building into a functional workspace. Most co-working spaces are in commercial buildings.

The Old Fort Saket centre is spread across three floors with a capacity of 415+ seats. It is next to The Select City Walk, DLF Place Saket mall and District Court Saket. Brands such as BBC, Brut India, AngelList, Herbalife and Avalon Consulting are already working from the space. One can hire the workspace for INR 600 per hour or for INR 13,000 per month.

As per Livemint, Oyo has three co-working brands.Workflo is their budget brand. , Powerstation is their mid-scale brand. Innov8 is their premium economy brand. It owns 22+ centres, 15000+ seats across 10 cities in the country.
