A Tik Tok video changed the fortune of its creator and a juice brand. The video went viral, bringing financial help to the creator, and awareness to the not so famous brand. Tik Tok may not help brands in increasing sales.
37 year old Apodaca filmed himself skateboarding. While skateboarding he listened to Fleetwood Mac’s Dreams. He also sipped the Ocean Spray brand Cran-Raspberry juice. The video has more than 27 million views. He received ten thousand dollars in donation, a brand new Nissan truck and juice supply from Ocean Spray. The song is ranking at number 3. More brands such as Tabasco and KJ’s Superstores have roped him for the promotion.
As per CBS News: Representatives from Ocean Spray and a local Nissan dealership surprised Apodaca at his RV in Idaho on Tuesday. In a video posted by Apodaca, he’s left speechless upon seeing the red 2020 Nissan Titan PRO-4X with a trunk full of Ocean Spray that he can now call his own.
