Hustling is the new trend, as it ignores formal training

Gary Vaynerchuk is hustling evangelist. He asks people to dump school, colleges and formal training in marketing, and start working hard for success. Most rich people inherit wealth.
Gary inherited multi million dollar wine business from his family. He suggests people to flip to make money in their spare time. Hustle culture borrows heavily from the startup culture. It means combining grit, passion and passion to create billion dollar businesses. Gary suggests working for 15 hours to become successful. He has been hustling since 2009 to create a group of companies such as Vayner Media. He conducts solo keynotes and day-long workshops, charging $500 and $12000 per person. His followers copy him to succeed.
Reddit’s founder Alexis Ohanian said “This is one of the most toxic, dangerous things in tech right now… This idea that unless you are suffering, grinding working every hour of every day, you’re not working hard enough.”
Founders of Basecamp believe that hustlng is stupidity. Business management consultant Marc Ritson called out Gary’s ideas and strategy wrong. He wrote that Gary confused communications and tactics with brand strategy. People, who attended his workshops fail to cite even a tactical advice.
