Agva Healthcare will be supplying low cost ventilators to the government of India. It manufactures plug and play ventilators, which are only the size of bread toasters. It will be producing about 20000 ventilators with the help of Maruti Suzuki.
As per Economic Times: “The device is priced between Rs 1.5 lakh to Rs 2 lakh. Meanwhile, the traditional ventilator costs somewhere between Rs 4–5 lakh, therefore, our device costs nearly one-fifth of the existing ventilators in the hospitals.”
