Cafes are back in the business. Customers are turning up at cafes, as it does not require customers to stay longer for their orders. Speciality coffee market will be worth $83.5bn by 2025.
James Hoffman is the owners of Square Mile, a coffee business in UK. Square Mile also owns Pruffock Coffee, a speciality coffee cafe. He answered the questions about opening a cafe. He suggested that the best place to open a speciality cafe is in cities, where there are none. He also suggested that the cafe should speak the language of the location, and not jargon. The cafe should focus on approachability in terms of price and offering.
