Step 4: Statin the brand truth, which is unique and motivating to its customers.
Step 5: Coming up with a concise strategy statement in sync with proposition and creative idea.
Step 6: Mapping the customer experience journey.
Step 7: A proposition, which links and evolves the insight and brand truth in an interesting way.
Step 8: Turning all the above into ideas such as content, social media, advertising, promotions.
