Vikram Bakshi’s Connaught Plaza Restaurants Limited and Mcdonald’s India have been fighting cases for the past six years.
Yesterday Mcdoanld’s India and CPRL agreed for out of the court settlement. Mcdonald’s India will acquire CPRL’s stake. CPRL ran 160 stores.
It has also shut down the restaurants in North and Eastern region to assess the processes. Mcdonald’s will reopen after two weeks.
