• Vikram Bakshi’s Connaught Plaza Restaurants Limited and Mcdonald’s India have been fighting cases for the past six years.

• Yesterday Mcdoanld’s India and CPRL agreed for out of the court settlement. Mcdonald’s India will acquire CPRL’s stake. CPRL ran 160 stores.

• It has also shut down the restaurants in North and Eastern region to assess the processes. Mcdonald’s will reopen after two weeks.
