Nowfloats is a technology startup. It helps small businesses grow bigger. It creates websites for the small businesses . Websites help with search engine optimization, which helps in getting discovered. The service also equips businesses to update posts on social media. It costs INR 25000 and INR 50000 to take the services of Nowfloats. Businesses are not happy with the results.
Most online reviews are negative about the experience. They complain about aggressive selling and non responsive customer care. A consumer Prafull Pitale complained that Nowfloats did not respond to the requests for help. An educational services business Shayona Overseas has been pursuing its case for six months. Till date it hasn’t received help.
Going online alone will not help grow the business. Technology startups helping businesses go online may be misleading the businesses. Without understanding the fundamentals of audience segments and positioning online will not be helpful.
