Year on year orders through online have increased; from 57% last year to 68% this year.
Most of the online orders came through mobile apps; 69% last year vs 85% this year.

It made INR 881 crore for Q2 FY19, up 21% YoY. Profit after tax: Rs 77.7 crore, up by 60% YoY.
Insight:
Food delivery brands such as Zomato, Swiggy and Food Panda are encouraging cloud kitchens. They provide the restaurant infrastructure to existing or new restaurant brands.
Since people order food on mobile, more app only restaurants will open. Local brands such as Panda Wokk have already revamped their operations using Zomato’s cloud kitchen.
Faasos had started with brick and mortar restaurants, which later on shifted to only online based ordering.
