Small businesses can outsmart competitors with great customer service
Good customer service is a problem area for most small businesses. A survey confirmed that 92% of the customers would complain about the customer service. 100% of the businesses claim about their superior customer service.
Most businesses confirm to what other businesses are already doing. For example the copy on two competing websites of two brands read the same. Business owners or managers from the two brands could not differentiate. More than 90% of the prospective customers do not like the copy of the website.
