What it is not: When you hear or read words and phrases such as seismic shift/ immersive, disruptive and experiential insights/ hyper targeted brand tribes, spot the fake brand speak.
What it is: Even a dog can understand. Brand experience is how a brand looks, sounds, smells and feels from the first meeting to the final product. Good brand experience is the result of understanding the customer and the market.
It is about 4 things.
It’s easy. There is no need for big words and caplet tasks.
It makes sense. It tells the same stories through various media such as TV, Facebook or a magazine ad.
It has character. Colour, typography, pictures and words make brands stand out.
It’s fun. Customers may become repeat customers.
Good brand experience will make customers buy products, generating money for the brand. Now, that’s a brand experience.
