In 2014 Karthik started Iddly Facktory because he did not get quality South Indian food in Gurgaon. It took him two years to kickstart.
They are delivery only business. They deliver to businesses directly. It’s 90% of their business. Retail customers can order through apps such as Swiggy and Zomato.
In the beginning Karthik had to fight casteism. When Amit, joined, Karthik’s crew left. Amit came forward and learnt everything from buying vegetables and cooking. He is building the team now.
