Jitu Virwani of Embassy group bucked the trend. Instead of asking for the upfront final payment for one of its flats, he let the buyer stay for three months. Buyer did not like just pat the due amount. He got him new buyers worth INR 22 crores. Transparency and trust for customers have helped Embassy group. For small businesses transparency is a super power. Only a tiny number of big businesses will practice it.
