Higher rebates, TDS and standard deductions.
Pension for unorganised sector.
Money for farm owners upto 5 acres of land.
But, unemployment and underemployment:
India’s unemployment is at 45 year highest.
India also underemployed because workers lack skills for a good manufacturing and services jobs.
How does it impact Delhi-NCR?
Low skill leads to underemployment.
Low skill does not allow the economy to grow, as there are not enough jobs.
